Each wrap consists of two parts: a removable outer sleeve of cozy polyester fleece (don't put this part in the microwave as polyester can melt) and an inner sleeve made from 100% cotton and filled with rice and, if you like scented,dried lavender and chamomile or eucalyptus and spearmint- all separated into compartments to keep the rice from shifting around or sliding to one end. Generous ties at both ends allow you to fasten to a body part of back of a chair. Outer sleeve is washable. Measures approximately 22" long and 6½" wide and comes in a variety of color combinations. The solid color is the fleece sleeve and the print is the inner bag.

For Heat Therapy:
Place inner rice bag in microwave and heat at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
For Cold Therapy:
Store the pillow in a plastic sealed bag inside the freezer.
