We just know that it works wonders!! Just 2 to 2½ minutes in the microwave delivers 45+ minutes of warm moist heat. A few hours in the freezer turns it into a cold pack. Also available with aromatherapy in either lavender and chamomile or eucalyptus and spearmint!

Each wrap is made from two layers of fabric to insure protection from being burned and also to keep the inner contents from leaking out. All fabrics used are 100% cotton and each wrap is filled with rice and, if you like, scented with dried herbs - all separated into channels to keep the rice from shifting around or sliding to one end. Generous ties at both ends allow you to fasten to a body part.

For Heat Therapy:
Place inner rice bag in microwave and heat at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
For Cold Therapy:
